Japan Emergency

The earthquake and tsunami in Japan is heartbreaking. As we pray, we also wonder what we can do to help the people of Japan recover. The United Methodist Committee on Relief (UMCOR) is the relief agency of the United Methodist Church. Since the administration of UMCOR is paid by apportionments, 100% of your gift goes to the need.

Five Practices - Meeting 4

There was quite a bit of discussion concerning Risk Taking Mission, the fourth practice of the five practices. Here are some notes from the meeting.

    • Youth making book bags
    • Dance ministry to Winamac
    • Choir to OurLady
    • MSB to Ancilla
    • Pre-school - risk taking…didn't know how it would go.
